This is our booth at the night market. My sister wanted to keep it simple and organized. Looks good? This is also stinky tofu, but spicy and not deep fried. I told you I love stinky tofu haha. They are grilled and seasoned with cumin powder, pepper powder and some salt. I never had this before, but my sister said it was delicious. Did you know it was over degrees on both Sundays I was there?!! Can you imagine?? Of course I needed something to cool myself down, nothing better than this sweet refreshing drink with green bean and boba pearls.

This drink is a popular drink in Taiwan, known for their extreme heat and humidity. I use to love this when I was little. They top it with a stewed egg, some picked radish and picked green mustard.
