In order to take advantage of the Power warranty, the vehicle must be inspected by the authorised Ferrari network to certify compliance with the quality requirements specified by the manufacturer and to check the traceability of its service history. In addition, the car in question must have no more than 90, km on the clock. Accordingly, limitations as to these matters contained herein may not apply to you. This warranty shall not apply to, or include any of the following:.

Detroit Axle shall not be liable for any incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any service not expressly provided for herein, relating to or arising from Detroit Axle products. The warranty is not transferable. This warranty shall not apply to, or include any of the following: Repair or replacement required as a result of any accident, misuse, road hazard, tampering or disassembly. Any Detroit Axle auto part used for competition or related purposes.

Any Detroit Axle auto part used on an off-road or fleet vehicle. Any Detroit Axle auto part which has been repaired or remodeled by any person other than an authorized installer, or to which any device or accessory not conforming to O.

Any Detroit Axle auto part on which the periodic maintenance services required by the original manufacturer have not been performed. Progressive damage is also covered.

Warranty coverage includes the axle housing, carrier assembly, inter-axle differential, axle shafts, gaskets and seals. See warranty parchment for exclusions.
