If the occupant is home, please remind them to keep the social distancing standard with the inspectors. We ask all parties who are not feeling well to stay home and not attend the inspections. If the owner or occupant of the house is not feeling well, is elderly or at-risk, or has been exposed to the virus, please call us and we will reschedule the inspections to a time when the occupant will not be disturbed and the structure can be safely entered.

One word Probably my worst experience working for a family owned company. If you are an outside sales rep you are driving you own car at your own risks.
Sales manager does not know what she is doing and is very inexperienced. You will be fired for no apparent reason even if you hit your sales goals. The manager seems to love to degrade his employees. All he does is listen you your phone calls and critisize Your inspecting 4 properties a day and Saturday your 4 inspections a day as well. Manager bully anyone who allows them to get bullied. I have experienced with multiple HVAC companies that would circle around questions without ever giving you tips but money out of you.
This man is true to what he says and I believe every contractor should be because customers can feel, hear, see, just sense everything out of someone who just wants to over sell. I will consider this company but specifically ask for IGOR. You get the work out of what you pay for and it is quality. He reviewed all the findings with us before he left.
