The lost and found desk had three agents available to assist, however we can only talk to one which was designated specifically for American Airlines. This caused a very long wait time of 1 hour. We were advised the bags stayed in Phildelaphia since they did not have the additional luggage tags, and will not arrive till the next day.

Overall the experience within the Airport kiosks, service desks, and baggage check in' s was not a pleasant experience. I believe many of these issues could have been avoided if the American Airlines agents were more knowledgeable and attentive.
